NIGHTMARE IN NASSAU RULES & REFUND POLICY
Nightmare in Nassau reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
This is an intense haunted attraction. You may experience strobe lights, fog, loud noises, low visibility, tight spaces, special effects, and sudden scares. Do NOT attend if you have asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have respiratory or physical limitations, are pregnant, or have any condition (including claustrophobia or anxiety disorders) that could be aggravated by this experience.
You WILL NOT be admitted if you are visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or medication, or wearing any type of cast, brace, or using a wheelchair, walker, cane, or crutches. These restrictions are in place for your safety and ours.
REFUND POLICY
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for any reason.
Please make sure you’re available on the night you plan to attend and allow yourself enough time to wait in line during busy periods. We cannot guarantee entry without a wait, especially on peak nights.

Anyone violating these rules may be removed from the property without refund.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
For safety and security, video surveillance is in use throughout the attraction and surrounding property. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket and entering Nightmare in Nassau, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with this experience. You agree to release Nightmare in Nassau, its staff, venue, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, harm, or death that may occur during your visit.
