What are the dates and hours?
We open September 26th and run through November 2nd.
Hours vary by day—please check our calendar page for full schedule updates and special event nights.

Will I be touched?
No actor will try to touch you. In return we ask that you not touch our actors or any props. If you touch our actors or props you will be asked to leave.
What’s the difference between each ticket type?
Every ticket guarantees you’ll experience our full haunted attraction — but the type of ticket you choose changes how you experience it:

General Admission - Standard entry into the haunt. Join the line, walk through with your group, and prepare to scream!

Fast Pass - Skip the long wait. Fast Pass tickets let you jump ahead in line so you can get to the scares quicker.

VIP Experience -The ultimate way to experience Nightmare in Nassau. VIP includes front-of-the-line access, a souvenir item
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! Tickets are available at the door, but we strongly recommend purchasing in advance online to secure your spot—especially on busy nights.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably! Closed-toe shoes are a must. It’s an indoor experience, but costumes are always welcome.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available with your ticket purchase. Our recommended parking location is the garage on Level Two, North Side Entrance.
Recommended ages? / Is it kid-friendly?
Ages 12 and older.
Three are select nights are designed for younger guests with friendly lighting, & toned-down scares. Great for kids (and scaredy-cats of all ages).

Can I take photos or videos?
No flash photography or video is allowed inside the haunt—we don’t want to ruin the surprise (or scare away our ghosts).
no use of cell phones or recording devices permitted.
Do you have bathrooms?
Yes, the mall has public restrooms conveniently located near the food court.
Can we enter with food or drinks?
No, outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the attraction.
How long are the lines?
Wait times vary depending on the night and ticket type. On peak nights — typically within two weeks of Halloween — General Admission guests should expect to wait about 45 to 60 minutes. VIP tickets offer priority entry and significantly shorter wait times.
Do you sell merchandise?
Yes, we have merchandise available for purchase at the event. Grab some spooky gear to remember your night… if you make it out.
Can i bring a backpack -Is there anything I should NOT bring?
For your safety and ours, please do not bring:

No backpacks or bulky items are permitted.

Flashlights or glow sticks

Alcohol or drugs
Anyone under the influence will not be allowed entry.
What if I get too scared and want to leave?
Yes, locate a member of our scare team and request to leave thru one of our emergency exits with a staff member. But once you make this request and are exited from the attraction, there is no coming back for that ticket. We will laugh you all the way out.
Is the Not-So-Scary ticket option open to guests of all ages?
Yes. Whether you're bringing little ones, teens, or adults, there's something for everyone to enjoy in this family-friendly offering.
