Can I buy tickets at the door?
A limited number of walk-up tickets may be available, but we strongly recommend buying online in advance to guarantee your spot.
What are Krampus Nights?
Krampus Nights are our after-dark twist on the holidays — where festive turns frightful. Once the sun sets, the lights dim and Krampus emerges, bringing a terrifying holiday haunt filled with jump scares, eerie décor, and holiday horror around every corner.
For Krampus Nights What if I get too scared and want to leave?
Yes, locate a member of our scare team and request to leave thru one of our emergency exits with a staff member. But once you make this request and are exited from the attraction, there is no coming back for that ticket
Is the event indoors?
Yes! Both Winter Wonderland and Krampus Nights are completely indoors inside Samanea New York Mall, making it the perfect experience rain or shine.
Where is the event located?
Inside Samanea New York Mall, across from the Escape Room.
For easiest access, park in the garage on Level Two at the North Side Entrance.
Can I take pictures?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos in the Winter Wonderland areas and designated photo zones, but no photography or recording is allowed inside the Krampus Nights attraction to keep the experience immersive (and spoiler-free).
Do you have bathrooms?
Yes, the mall has public restrooms conveniently located near the food court.
